ROCKHILL HOUSE ESTATE WEDDING // TREASA & KENNY
I think Treasa’s daddy was definitely looking down her wedding day. The weather on the morning was awful with little hope of improvement in sight but out of nowhere we arrived at Rockhill House Estate to the most magical winter sunlight. It was bitter cold but the beautiful, rich light kept us going long enough for the couple and bridal party photos before dashing inside to the warmth for a pint of Guinness.
Many couples might be put off by winter weather but you cannot beat the quality of light, rich warm tones and the sparkle of Christmas. If you love these tones then a winter wedding is for you!
The couple were married in St Columbas Church, the architecture is breathtaking and made even more special with a personal service delivered by Fr Gerard, a close family friend. To avoid the cold and to make the most of available daylight, Treasa and Kenny walked straight down the aisle and into the car. Our photos where taken at the front of Rockhill House before the couple headed inside to celebrate with guests.
MC for the evening was friend and guest, Nother Jospeh, entertaining the guests during the speeches. A beautiful day with two lovely families. Congratulations x
